About

So that’s what a saucebox is. It’s a term justly earned in my childhood, and it’s carried through to the present. Its meaning to me, however, is more subtle. I’d like to think it compels me to speak up—or even out of turn—when good enough simply isn’t.

Now that that’s out of the way, who am I? I’m pleased you asked.

My name is Don Carroll. I’m a web designer, a fixer-upper, and an avid outdoorsman. Though I originally hail from Alabama, I now make my home in sunny Orem, Utah. I make websites (and test, develop for, and maintain them) for Northridge Publishing at my day job and for the occasional new friend. With the time I have left, I’m usually found trying to fix something or plotting my getaway.

I post infrequently here on the blog, and I post work that I’m reasonably happy with.
